Brian and Ramey Whalen's worship leading style is a breath of fresh air that follows after the movements of the Holy Spirit. Though it is not always a typical worship experience, it is easy to engage and it feels safe to lose yourself in the flow of the Spirit as they lead. Their songs release a spirit of revelation and a boldness to be free in worship. Their apparent joy and passion is infectious. 

Meetings often include powerful experiential times of a “teach and release” style of worship. Brian and Ramey minister with prophetic and spontaneous song, sound, movement and art, often with hands on release and impartation. Their heart is to minister to the Lord and give space for the Lord to minister back to His people through healing, deliverance, miracles and salvations.

The Whalens are madly in love with Jesus and are ever pursuing a deeper relationship with their Savior. It is out of this relationship that they worship Him, following His Holy Spirit and allowing the Lord to inhabit their praise. Brian and Ramey believe that every creative expression is a manifestation of a characteristic of God, the Creator.

They encourage and explore all types of creativity in worship—singing, playing, dancing, painting, drama, sculpting and poetry to name a few. Known for their prophetic style of worship and their unique sound, Brian and Ramey travel nationally and internationally doing missions, conferences and worship schools. They are songwriters and recording artists and their music is being used in churches and worship communities throughout the world.

Brian and Ramey travel full time, teaching and leading worship while encouraging and releasing others to engage uninhibited in new expressions of biblical praise! Their desire is to see people encounter Holy Spirit in new ways, walking away with changed lives and a deeper revelation and confidence of who they are in Christ. 

As worship leaders it is their goal to be dynamic followers of Jesus and skilled facilitators and hosts of His Presence.  They strive to cultivate an atmosphere of creativity and excellence in which the Holy Spirit can be seen, heard, felt, experienced and encountered in every way.  They are committed to releasing biblical praise and worship and to teaching, equipping and releasing others to do the same. They believe that every person is created to be a sound of worship in the earth and not just an echo of someone else’s expression, releasing the songs and sounds that the Lord has entrusted to them.
